Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time 3rd Shift Direct Support Professionals to work in our Riverton, UT residential programs. This role supports clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and therapies, including transport to appointments and outings.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post‑concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports‑related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour Shift: 11pm-7am

• Must have availability to work a consistent weekend day
