Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift Direct Support Professional to join our residential programs in Riverton, UT. You will support adults with brain injury in daily living activities, therapies, and transportation as needed.

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance to help clients with daily living, recreation, and vocational activities.
• Assist with personal care, therapies, and transport to appointments and outings.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: 3pm-11pm

• Must have availability to work a consistent weekend day

We are searching for Part-Time 2nd Shift Direct Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Riverton, UT.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
