Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one role with a 24-year-old adult with autism, in home and community settings. You will provide companionship, engage in activities, and support routine. The right candidate is reliable, calm, and patient, able to commit to the posted schedule.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pay: $18–$21 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Provide support to a 24-year-old high-functioning individual with autism who enjoys shopping, going out to eat, visiting the library, and other community activities. The ideal DSP should be reliable, calm, and easygoing, providing companionship and engaging in activities together.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
