Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. The role offers 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. shifts initially for two weeks, then 2:30–6:30 p.m. three days a week, with pay between $17 and $24 per hour.

We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend DSP positions with paid training and a friendly team environment designed to feel like family. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required with no provisional licenses.
• Paid training offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals learning life skills and participate in community activities.
• Support positive relationships and safe supervision per service plans.
• Create positive moments and encourage independence.
• Care for and support individuals with disabilities in daily activities.

Direct Support Professional Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Give back with positive attitude toward work and others.
• Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan

Direct Support Professional Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.
