Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking an ADC Attendant to join our warehouse team in Chattanooga, TN. The role is part-time and pays $12.00 per hour, with duties focused on donor support, donation processing, and customer service at the loading floor.

You will help unload donations, greet donors, maintain a neat workspace, and follow safety procedures while upholding the organization's mission to create opportunities in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Chattanooga Goodwill’s donor-focused operations and daily tasks.
• Maintain agency, employee, and donor confidentiality.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Assist donors by unloading donations from the customer’s vehicle.
• Record daily donation counts and ensure receipts are signed.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and direct inquiries to management.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow safety and security practices and participate in training as required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
