Responsibilities

• Support mission, vision, and values in daily actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employees, and participants.
• Demonstrate punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Follow training, e-learning, and work instructions.
• Move products to the retail floor with care and urgency.
• Adhere to Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and donations.
• Perform sales floor and production duties; cross-train.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, customers.
• Promote teamwork and positive cooperation.
• Assist in loading/unloading Goodwill trucks.
• Keep production and sales floors neat and organized.
• Report safety hazards and injuries promptly.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
