Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a part-time ADC Attendant at our Chattanooga warehouse (37407). You will greet donors, process donations, and provide friendly customer service while upholding confidentiality and safety.

The role emphasizes contributing to our mission by helping donors and keeping a neat, organized workspace; basic math and a high school diploma are preferred. This position offers community impact and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Chattanooga Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values in actions.
• Maintain agency, employee, and participant confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality may be cause for termination.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Greet donors at their vehicle and provide receipts.
• Assist donors by unloading donations from the customer’s vehicle.
• Thank donors for their donations and invite them back.
• Sort donations into approved equipment and categories; record daily donation counts.
