Responsibilities

• Support Chattanooga Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values in interactions with donors and customers.
• Follow procedures for donor interaction and receipt distribution.
• Record daily donation counts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide customer service and direct complaints to management.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and comply with safety policies.
