Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You'll greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and assist with plasmapheresis equipment under supervision.

This role offers a flexible schedule—4 to 6 hours per shift, 3+ days weekly—with paid training and opportunities to gain experience in patient care and center processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements (5S, Kaizen).
