Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• One year or more in a customer/patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow on the floor.
• Perform venipuncture and plasmapheresis machine programming.
• Monitor donors during donation and respond to reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime and disconnect disposable sets.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and manage compensation via Debit Card.
• Support center management with continuous improvement initiatives.
