Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
