Job summary

Convoy of Hope is seeking a Data Entry Assistant I (Part-time, Temporary) to support the donor management ministry by accurately entering gifts and maintaining the donor database. You will enter gifts, designate appropriate categories, keep documentation, protect donor confidentiality, and collaborate with team members to forward communications and special gift instructions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of data entry experience, fast and precise keyboarding and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of data entry experience.
Ability to key data quickly and accurately.
Ability to sit for long periods while entering data.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with donor databases is a plus.
Maintain donor confidentiality and represent the ministry professionally.

Responsibilities

Enters gifts and assigns designations promptly with supporting documentation.
Manages data and ensures accuracy of input.
Forwards donor communications and special gift instructions to appropriate team members.
Maintains donor confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
