Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers Phenix City, AL is seeking a Retail Associate – ADC Donor Door Greeter for the Attended Donation Center on Stadium Drive. This part-time role greets donors, processes donations with a handheld device, and assists customers with a strong commitment to service.

You will be cross-trained and learn all areas of the retail operation. The position averages 20–25 hours per week with shifts Mon–Sun and varying store hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use a handheld electronic device.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive donated goods, unload from vehicles, and carry in items.
• Provide receipts and maintain donation records with a handheld device.
• Organize donations into bins to assist processing.
• Perform opening and closing tasks for the ADC.
• Keep the work area neat and clean and assist truck drivers as needed.
• Cross-train and work across all areas of the retail operation.
