Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to welcome donors, process donations, and issue receipts at our donation center. You will help sort items, assist with loading donations for transport, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

From greeting donors with a courteous attitude to unloading and organizing donations, you will be part of a team dedicated to community service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Greet each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Respectfully receive donations while issuing donation receipts, regardless of donation size or the number of articles.
• Assist donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sort donations in accordance with all policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
