Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service while processing donated items and issuing receipts. You will greet donors, sort donations, and assist with loading donations for transport.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, with occasional 100 pounds, and you will work in a busy donation center with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or stock handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greet donors with a courteous, friendly, professional attitude.
• Receive donations and issue donation receipts, regardless of size or articles.
• Assist donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sort donations in accordance with GICF policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
