Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service, issue receipts, sort donated items and help load donations for transport. You will open and close the donation center and greet donors with a courteous, friendly attitude.

Physical work includes lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance) and standing for long periods; prior retail or stock handling experience is preferred. Apply via goodwillfl.org.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors with varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly attitude and issuing receipts.
• Respectfully receiving donations and assisting with loading for transport.
• Sorting donations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
