Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen callers seeking protective shelter and assist with admission decisions.
• Monitor residents’ whereabouts and maintain shift accountability.
• Lead house meetings addressing issues, expectations, and updates.
• Maintain the office and complete documentation and log entries accurately.
• Ensure adherence to program rules; contact on-call staff as needed.
• Answer calls with information and referrals related to domestic violence services.
• Complete client orientation and intake for new admissions.
• Secure shelter and office during shifts to ensure safety and compliance.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
