Qualifications

• Medical assistant.
• Healthcare Backround.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned site(s), including inventory management and brace fitting.
• Provide superior customer service and manage orthopedic bracing and supply programs.
• Educate patients on product usage and ensure accurate insurance billing.
• Track, gather and organize documentation for insurance claims.
• Coordinate with billing to obtain pre-authorizations and manage patient co-insurances, deductibles and cash payments.
