Qualifikationen

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Aufgaben

• Living the company purpose by ensuring safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support Pharmacy Manager on duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
• Deliver and support immunization services; supervise Pharmacy Technicians in immunization tasks.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain protection; follow best practices across pharmacies.
• Maintain flexibility for scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team dynamic.
• Keep clinical and technical skills up-to-date with required trainings and CMEs.
• Support access to care and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
