Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Actively look for ways to help people and provide excellent customer service.
• Communication with patients and colleagues using verbal and written skills.
• Apply mathematical reasoning to dispensing tasks (units, days supply).
• Identify challenges and choose best course of action.
• Maintain physical ability for required pharmacy duties, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
