Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across the district. You will travel to CVS locations, supervise operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.

Key responsibilities include immunizations, counseling, inventory control, and collaboration with the pharmacy team and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacist license in the store's state.
• Must have an active NPI.
• Must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Support dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and protect cold chain products.
