Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Must be very detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Computer literate with knowledge of digital technology and file manipulation; able to use new software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inputs orders from customers for formatting, review and processing and communicates with customers regarding status of their order.
• Prepares materials for reproduction and binding following established standards and procedures.
• Formats graduate theses and dissertations according to SDSU/SJSU standards using appropriate software.
• Adheres to deadlines to ensure timely graduation of graduate and doctoral students.
• Verifies quality and quantity of products and arranges pickup/delivery to customers, departments, library, and ProQuest.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, coworkers, vendors, faculty, staff, and university personnel.
