Responsibilities

• Receives and inputs orders from customers for formatting and reproduction and communicates status of orders.
• Prepares materials for reproduction and binding per standards.
• Formats graduate theses and dissertations per SDSU/SJSU standards using appropriate software.
• Adheres to deadlines to ensure timely graduation.
• Verifies quality and quantity and arranges pickup/delivery to customers and departments.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, staff, vendors, and university personnel.
• Complies with company policies and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
