Aztec Shops Ltd. in San Diego is seeking an entry-level assistant to support the Creative Manager in developing print, digital, and multimedia campaigns for Aztec Shops and SDSU.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, proficiency with Macintosh OS, and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). You will help create signs, brochures, web assets, and assist with photo/video shoot logistics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing concepts and creating mock-ups.
• Follows project plans and timelines as directed.
• Meets deadline requirements of assigned projects.
• Uses a variety of software programs.
• Assists in designing signs, coupons, PowerPoints, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Helps install window displays and sign installations across campus.
• Supports photo and video shoot logistics and on-site coordination.
• Assists in developing material for web pages, emails and multimedia projects.
• Complies with company policies and applicable laws.
