Job summary

The Dispensary Associate position at iAnthus Capital Management’s Lowell, MA store is a part-time role supporting daily operations under the Dispensary Manager. You will join a patient-centric team delivering compassionate service and ensuring accurate intake and documentation.

Responsibilities include engaging patients, maintaining compliance with state and local laws, assisting with inventory, and contributing to monthly product reviews. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights and/or weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math
• Computer literate; POS experience desirable
• High school graduate
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Assist in qualifying patients for the Verified Financial Hardship program
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Perform general office tasks and use email
• Provide patient feedback to Dispensary Manager in a timely manner
• Maintain records such as patient intake forms and cash handling logs
• Participate in daily 1-minute team huddles to align goals
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services
• Participate in monthly product inventory reviews
