Job summary

iAnthus Capital in Lowell, MA, is seeking a full-time Dispensary Associate to support daily operations and deliver patient-centered service at the Mayflower store. You will engage patients, ensure accurate intake forms, assist in the VFH program, and uphold compliance with state and local laws.

As part of a patient-focused team, you’ll maintain records, participate in shift meetings, and contribute to monthly inventory reviews while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate.
• Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Perform general office work (filing, copying, email).
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping (patient intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody, waste disposal).
• Participate in daily shift meetings to align messages and goals.
• Deliver excellent and compassionate patient services.
• Participate in monthly inventory reviews.
