iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Associate for the Mayflower store in Lowell, MA. This full-time role supports patient services, inventory, and daily dispensary operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with patients, ensure accurate intake forms, and uphold all state and local regulations while contributing to a collaborative team focused on compassionate service and community wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math proficiency.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Assist in daily dispensary operations and cash handling
• Provide feedback to managers on patient experiences and inventory needs
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain organized records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality
