Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate for the Nottingham, MD location. You’ll support daily dispensary operations, engage with patients, and ensure accurate intake and documentation while upholding HIPAA and state regulations.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting within a growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Maintain compliance with local/state regulations.
• Perform general office tasks (filing, copying, email).
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Managers on patient experience.
• Maintain records including intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody logs.
