Ascend Wellness Holdings, a dispensary operator in Grand Rapids, is hiring a Part-Time Dispensary Associate. You will guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, offer informed product recommendations, and operate with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time shifts range between 15–29 hours per week with flexibility for AM/PM and weekend availability. Noting the stores emphasize compliant operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills is required.
• Cannabis POS software experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide product knowledge.
• Keep sales floor stocked and displays up-to-date.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and prepare them for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented store environment.
• Develop product knowledge to offer up-to-date information and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries in-store, online, and by phone.
• Accurately use the POS system and handle cash.
