Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Dispensary Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, provide informed product recommendations, and maintain accurate, compliant store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 21+ and a high school diploma or GED, with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends; retail and cannabis POS experience are a plus. We offer flexible schedules and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Commitment to compliance with state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate displays, menus, and compliance.
• Fulfill orders and prepare for pickup.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and by phone.
• Keep knowledge of products up to date.
