Dutchess Cannabis of Batavia, IL is seeking part-time Dispensary Associates to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience. You will provide informed product recommendations and operate with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; part-time schedule is 20–29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software experience is a plus.
• Must comply with regulatory requirements for working in cannabis industry.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn applicable state/local laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the cannabis purchasing process and provide informed product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate pricing, displays, and up-to-date store menus.
• Handle sales transactions and manage cash with accuracy.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders; prepare orders for pickup.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
