Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS software is a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions, offering advice and knowledge as needed.
• Keep sales floor stocked, displays updated, and the store well maintained.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and prepare pickups.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented work environment.
