Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time. The role guides customers through the cannabis journey, educating on products and effects while ensuring a strong customer experience under state regulations.

You will provide top-notch service, process orders, and maintain store standards. Flexible schedule with evening/weekend availability; prior cash handling and retail/customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Prior cash handling and retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to speak conversational English.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist managers with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
