Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to join our Tampa team. You will guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products and effects, and ensure a compliant, smooth purchasing experience under state regulations.

You will provide exceptional service, process orders, handle returns per policy, and collaborate with the on-duty team to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to work in conversational English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver TruExperience through elevated patient service and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers with returns per policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues on the patient's profile.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation throughout shifts.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
