Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time to assist patients with cannabis products in a retail setting. You will educate customers on benefits and effects, help process orders per state regulations, and ensure a clean, well-stocked workstation.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cash handling, and teamwork with the store team. Flexible hours up to 25 per week, with pay of $14.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Must be 21+ years of age (18+ in CT, PA and WV)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and their effects while maintaining excellent service.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner per State regulations.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures and assist leadership as needed.
