Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products and effects, and ensure compliant, high-quality service. You will assist with orders, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance.
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain a clean workstation.
