Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate to support our retail team in providing exceptional customer service and knowledgeable guidance on cannabis products. This role focuses on educating customers about benefits and potential side effects while facilitating purchases in compliance with state regulations.

The position accommodates part-time hours up to 25 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product questions and issue resolution.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
