Qualifikationen

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; a valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarm notifications, and communications systems; document, prioritize, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly; coordinate communications with site contacts and emergency responders; maintain incident records.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports; communicate relevant information to supervisors and on-site personnel.
• Help deter unauthorized activity by monitoring systems and reporting suspicious conditions or equipment issues.
