You will build a flexible schedule using our Claim a Shift platform, provide exceptional customer service, and remain visible to deter incidents while maintaining security postures. A valid state license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports with a professional presence.
