Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors per security procedures.
• Monitor communications systems and dispatch appropriate personnel per procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate notifications as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols and report unusual conditions.
