Job summary

Esplanade Madeira Ranch, part of Troon, in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher/Prep Cook. You will clean and sanitize kitchen gear, assist with prep work, and maintain a clean work environment under the Chef’s guidance.

We offer opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic hospitality group. Responsibilities include dish washing, sanitation, and assisting in kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current Food Handler Card.
• Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs and stands for 6–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests and employees with clean utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment.
• Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
• Keeps sanitation solutions up to health department code standards.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
• Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils.
• Keeps the kitchen and employee lunchroom clean by sweeping and mopping floors.
• Completes assigned prep work and cleaning duties.
• Maintains a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on new tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef.
