Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support dining and kitchen operations. You will clean, sanitize, and transport dishes, assist in basic food prep, and uphold health standards to ensure a sparkling kitchen and safe resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food handler permit as required by the state.
• Prior kitchen or dish room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean dish storage and washing areas per safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood and return carts to the kitchen.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and help serve residents as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and follow SDS guidelines.
• Promote safety and teamwork per MBK standards.
