MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our dining services team in Thousand Oaks, CA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas per safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Perform general kitchen and dining area cleanup and sanitation.
• Maintain dish machines and sinks, monitor detergent levels and sanitation test strips.
• Ensure correct water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Transit meals to CFL neighborhood maintaining correct temps.
• Assist cooks with basic food prep and transport carts as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS compliance.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies; promote teamwork and open communication.
