Hy-Vee is seeking a Dishroom Clerk for our Sioux Falls Market Grille. You will maintain a clean, safe kitchen by washing dishes, keeping equipment and work areas spotless, and assisting team members to deliver great food and service to customers.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; six months or less of similar work preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk repeatedly during shifts.
• Comfort with washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep work area clean and neat; remove trash promptly and manage waste.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries.
• Assist other store areas as needed and support special projects.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee hygiene and dress standards and store policies.
• Report to work on time as scheduled and be prepared for shifts.
