Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Insured vehicle and CA driver's license.
• Part or full-time schedule depending on client needs.
• Mobile device with reliable internet connectivity.
• TB test and/or lift and transfer test may be required.
• Confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Employee Wellness with incentives and volunteer options.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safety.
• Advance client decision-making and participation in activities.
• Maintain knowledge of client needs and communications.
• Implement individual training and support plans.
• Document activity records, incidents, and evaluations timely.
• Address challenging behaviors per plans and training.
• Oversee client activities to ensure health and safety.
• Participate in client evaluations and assessments.
