Job summary

Adjoin is seeking a Direct Support Coordinator in Tulare/Kings County to provide person-centered assistance to clients with disabilities. The role includes promoting independence, facilitating participation in activities, and documenting required records.

A valid CA driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a focus on safety and quality of life for clients. The position is full-time, located in Visalia, CA, with a starting pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• HS diploma or equivalent; further education or experience preferred
• Must have valid CA driver’s license and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Advance client decision-making and participation in daily activities
• Promote independence while supporting needs and routines
• Maintain communications with supervisor, clients, landlords and community
• Complete CSPs, reports and assessments as directed
• Transport clients to appointments and activities safely
• Ensure health and safety during shifts
