Qualificações

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Nursing leadership experience in home care preferred.
• Credentials meeting HCSF/PCA or home-health model readiness preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead home-care nursing oversight, assessments, and care planning.
• Supervise aides and ensure clinical policies and staff competency.
• Collaborate with intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
