Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring DSP for Part-Time opportunities to support individuals in Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol areas. Shift options range from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays and Saturdays. Paid training is provided, and part-time staff earn PTO and a 401k match.

You will assist adults with developmental disabilities and autism, providing personal care and daily living support in homes and community settings, helping them live fulfilling lives with independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to teach basic daily living skills and support independence.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region where you serve.
• Provide supports as outlined in the individual's plan of care using approved interventions.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
