Access Services is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol. Full-Time and Part-Time roles with 9AM–5PM weekday and Saturday shifts. No experience required; paid training provided.

You will assist adults with developmental disabilities in homes and the community, following care plans and documenting outcomes. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Must meet background checks, physical exam, and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Follow plans of care and use approved interventions to provide support.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
