Qualifications

• Experience as DSP or direct care is required.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport the participant to community activities and appointments.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support community participation and social inclusion.
• Monitor health or changes and report to supervisor.
• Document participant behavior and progress accurately.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to the participant.
• Assist with meal preparation per dietary needs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the care team and family members.
• Complete PA ODP training and maintain certifications.
